For finance teams

Approvals, not
data entry.

Your team runs reimbursements; AI runs the parsing. Receipts hit the API or the dashboard, structured JSON lands in your approval system, your reviewers spend time on judgment instead of typing. Per-workspace allowances and hard caps mean finance keeps its budget guardrails.

What you get

The parts that actually
save you time.

Workspaces and members

One workspace per team, members with role-scoped access. Per-workspace allowances and hard caps so departments stay inside their budgets.

Signed webhook delivery

HMAC-SHA256 with timestamps, Stripe-style. Replay protection, exponential backoff, full delivery log in the dashboard for debugging.

Retention you control

Three modes per receipt. "Delete after webhook" makes your downstream system the system of record, with us holding nothing once you confirm receipt.

How it works

Three steps,
start to file.

  1. 01

    Employees submit

Through your existing portal, mobile app, or directly to the dashboard. Whatever they were already doing, just with structured data on the other side.

  2. 02

    AI extraction

Vision models read each receipt, return structured JSON with confidence per field. Webhook fires to your approvals system the moment extraction finishes.

  3. 03

    Reviewers approve

Your approvers see clean rows, route low-confidence items for second-look, auto-approve high-confidence ones. The data-entry step is gone.

FAQ

Questions for
for finance teams.

How does workspace billing work?
One subscription per workspace. Allowances and caps are per workspace, so the finance department's spend is isolated from engineering's and marketing's.
Can we route low-confidence receipts for human review?
Yes — every field comes back with a 1 to 99 confidence score. Set a threshold in your code, route below-threshold rows to a reviewer queue, auto-approve the rest.
Do you support SSO?
Not at launch. SSO and SCIM are on the roadmap and will come with enterprise pricing. Reach out if it's a blocker and we can talk timeline.
What's in the audit trail?
Original file (if your retention mode keeps it), structured fields, confidence per value, extraction timestamp, and the webhook delivery log with response bodies. Defensible end-to-end.
